Return and Exchange Policy

At Uuzu Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • To process your return or exchange, please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized products, pet food, and opened hygiene products.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We will reserve your new item and ship it out once we receive the original item.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
  • All return items must be in new condition otherwise a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All items are subject to inspection.
